Early in the project, it was clear that Frank and his team of top-notch professionals, that this was the team that I could trust with this incredible project. It was the best decision I made in the 3 years I worked on the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral construction project. Despite hurdles and challenges, Frank’s team never skipped a beat or showed anything except enthusiasm and gratitude to be involved. The Catholic Diocese of Raleigh dedicated Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral on July 26, 2017. AVCON engineered and designed the audio systems and the video infrastructure.
AVCON’s Team worked in close partnership with Clancy & Theys, Code Electric, Stewart Acoustical (professional acoustical consulting firm), and all other integral trades to ensure that the technologies were designed to complement the aesthetic beauty of the new Cathedral while achieving high speech clarity and impactful music for worship in a highly reverberant space.
