Additionally here is what we look for in our future star players:

Engineering & Design

  • 3-5 years of audio-visual and pro-audio system engineering and design experience desired
  • Presentation, conferencing and collaboration systems engineering and design experience required
  • Integrated control system engineering and design experience required
  • DSP programming and manufacturer certifications desired
  • Construction documentation development in CAD
  • AV design documentation development in CAD
  • Infocomm / AVIXA Certification(s) desired

Project Management

  • 3 years project management in an integration environment
  • CTS certification
  • Follow a job from start to finish – from pre-sale to customer turnover
  • Familiar with current AV components, technologies, and techniques
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to clients

Field Technicians

  • 2-3 years AV project development experience
  • CTS certification
  • Reading of blue prints and technical drawings
  • Construction experience
  • Cabling, cable terminating, and equipment installation
  • Rack building and wiring

Sales/Business Development

  • 2-3 years AV project development experience
  • 5 years technical solutions sales experience
  • CTS certification desired, not required
  • College degree desired, not required
