Christ Church of Raleigh
Recently AVCON helped Christ Church of Raleigh upgrade their audio and visual systems in their sanctuary and multi-use event space. The system they replaced had been pieced together over the course of many years and some components were no longer in production, and therefore not serviceable. “We were eager to find a local company to work with and one that could affordably meet our goal of having a reliable, easy-to-use system,” recalled Elizabeth McKinnon, Director of Communications at Christ Church. AVCON’s engineers and design team helped think through the best options and potential for the spaces.
AVCON successfully completed the project in October.
Christ Church was thrilled to have a system that everyone on staff had confidence in. “The best part,” says Elizabeth, “has been the customer service provided by the AVCON team. Everyone has gone above and beyond to provide support.” She recalls one specific AVCON team member who left a big impression. “Eb gave so much of his time to this project. Just one example is when we mentioned needing support for a large, weekend event shortly after the new system had been installed. Eb took it upon himself to show up for the event. The system worked perfectly, but it was nice to have the confidence of an on-site expert. Since the project completion, he has answered every question and request with a smile and you can tell genuinely cares about his work and the people he works with.”
