AV ENGINEERING/DESIGN

Whether it’s a small collaboration space or a large-scale training room, the crucial elements of success remain the same: meticulous planning, expert audiovisual design, and precise project management. AVCON’s AV technicians bring these core principles to every project for a smooth customer experience.

After all requirements have been gathered, our AV engineering team generates drawings and documents the design proposal, scope, and budget for the work. You and your team evaluate and approve or request modifications.

IMPLEMENTATION

Regardless of how complex the project is, our goal is simplicity for the end user. Our skilled and certified project managers, technicians, and engineers complete the physical audiovisual installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems according to the design specifications and requirements outlined during the consultation phase.

Throughout the implementation process, we know that effective communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential to ensure that the systems are installed, configured, and tested correctly and that they meet the client’s needs, objectives, and expectations. Once everything has been installed and tested, training and instruction will be conducted to operate and maintain the systems effectively.

AV SUPPORT

Our full-time rapid response service and support team is at the ready to keep your systems up and running with minimal impact to your organization.

We provide a parts-and-labor warranty on all systems and can help if your system is already installed – whether you purchased from AVCON or not. After your initial warranty expires, we offer a wide range of service and support options designed to keep your systems in excellent working condition.
